COVID-19 : WE ADAPT OUR SERVICES
Dear loyal customers,
In support of the collective efforts against the COVID-19 crisis and following the government's recommendations, the Pure Hazelwood team is committed to taking the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of its clients and employees.
From now on and for an indefinite period:
- Our head offices in Sherbrooke, Quebec will be opened to customers but with no trying on.
- We have reduced our team to the minimum and strongly encourage working from home in order to keep a safe social distance.
- The clean-up protocol of our workshop and shipping department is still in place and we ensure that it is strictly respected.
- We will not be able to guarantee delivery times (usually 3 - 5 business days) as the postal services and carriers are affected by the crisis. Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel & envelope volumes.
- Letter-mail shipments ($4.50 to $6 shipping fee, or free on orders of $50 and up) do not have any tracking number, so we cannot let you know where your shipment is at. We now offer the possibility of shipping by carrier with a tracking number for a fixed price of $12 (or $15 for shipments to USA) if you wish to keep track of your order. Please consider this before placing your order.
