Return Policy

At Pur Noisetier Inc., your satisfaction is important to us. Please review the following conditions before submitting a return request.

1. Return Period

Returns are accepted up to 30 days following receipt of the product. After this period, no requests can be processed.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in new condition
• It must show no signs of use
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• You must provide the purchase receipt or order number (if the purchase was made online)

3. FINAL SALE – Non-Returnable Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

• Items showing signs of use
• Custom-made items
• Earrings
• Sale items

Exception: A return may be authorized in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipping error on our part.

4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@purnoisetier.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

A return authorization must be obtained prior to shipping.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Exchange and Store Credit Terms

Once the return has been received and inspected:

Exchange

An exchange may be made:

• For an item of equal value, or
• For an item of greater value

The following fees will apply:

• The price difference (if applicable)
• A $3.00 restocking fee + applicable taxes
• A shipping fee of $5.50 + taxes ($18.00 + taxes for oversized orders)

Store Credit

If you do not wish to proceed with an exchange, a merchandise credit applicable to www.purnoisetier.com may be issued.

The credit amount will equal the price of the returned item minus a $3.00 restocking fee, plus applicable taxes.

Original shipping fees are non-creditable and non-refundable.

⚠️ No monetary refunds will be issued.

6. Defective Items or Unusual Breakage

If you receive a defective item or experience unusual breakage within 30 days of receipt:

Pur Noisetier Inc. agrees to:

• Repair the item and return it to you at no cost, or
• If repair is not possible:
  • Exchange it for the same item, or
  • Exchange it for an item of equal value (if the original item is no longer available), or
  • Issue a refund

The cause of breakage will be determined by Pur Noisetier Inc. ’s analysis department upon receipt of the item.

If the breakage is determined to be caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse or abusive use

Pur Noisetier Inc. reserves the right to return the item to the customer as is.

7. Returns Outside Canada

At this time, no returns are accepted outside of Canada, except in cases of:

• Manufacturing defects
• Shipping errors on our part
