Terms of Purchase and Delivery

Dear customers,

As you may know: Canada Post, our main shipping service, is on strike for an indefinite period. We wanted to explain the consequences of this bad news on our order processing in all transparency.

Our regular delivery rate ($4.50 / free on orders of $60 or more) applies to untracked lettermail. Carriers do not offer this service. A shipment by carrier costs us an average of $12 - and outside Quebec, it can be as much as $20! That's a huge difference that a small company like ours can't afford to absorb.

• Our business hours are from Monday to Thursday, from 8 AM to 4 PM (Eastern Time).

Processing and shipping orders

All orders are processed within three (3) business days following their reception. A notification is sent by email when the order status changes to "Complete", which means the order is in on its way. Small orders are shipped by Canada Post, by regular mail (no tracking number). Estimated shipping times are the following:

• Quebec : 3 - 7 business days
• Canada (outside Quebec) : 3 - 7 business days
• United States & International : 6 - 10 business days (sometimes more, depending on customs)

Custom delays beyond our control may happen from time to time.

In case of late delivery:  Contact us with your order number and your shipping address.

IMPORTANT | Please note that letter-mail shipments ($4.50 shipping fee, free on orders of $60 and up, or orders outside Canada) do not have any tracking number, so we cannot let you know where your shipment is at. We offer the possibility of shipping by carrier with a tracking number for a fixed price of $12 to Canada if you wish to keep track of your order. Please consider this before placing your order.

Prices, Shipping Charges and Tax

Prices and shipping fees are subject to changes without notice. For Canada, taxes apply on products and shipping fee (if any). Prices are displayed before tax, in Canadian Dollars (CAD $). You may switch to your desired currency by selecting the right option on the top left corner of your screen. Shipping charges are the following:

• Fixed shipping fee of $4.50 to Canada by letter-mail with no tracking number, or $12 to Canada by carrier or accelerated parcel with a tracking number.
• All possible shipping options will be displayed after you enter your shipping address, before final revision of the order.
• Orders of $60 and up before tax : FREE SHIPPING by the most economical option available.

N.B.: Custom fees (for orders outside Canada) are the customer's responsibility, but very unusual.

• Cheque must be received within 14 days following your order. Past this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.

• Do not forget to add your 5-digit order reference number.
• Money order must be received within 14 days following your order. Past this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
• Interac e-Transfer to info@purnoisetier.com (In CAD$ ONLY)
• Use your 5-digit order reference number for the password. If your bank only accepts alphanumeric passwords, please send us your chosen password at info@purnoisetier.com.
• E-Transfer must be received within 48 hours following the order. Past this period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
