Important Message ⚠️ Canada Post Strike

Dear customers,

As you may know, Canada Post, our primary shipping service, is on a rotating strike for an indefinite period. We wanted to explain the consequences of this bad news on our processing of orders in full transparency.

Our regular shipping rate applies to untracked mail shipping. Carriers do not offer this type of service. A shipment by carrier costs us on average $14 - and outside of Quebec, it can go up to $25! It's a huge difference that a small business like ours can't afford to absorb. Therefore, until further notice, we have adjusted our shipping prices and delays.

Until the postal services catch up with their accumulated backlog caused by the strike, unpredictable delays are to be expected. If your order is running late and you cannot wait any further, you can email us to create a copy of your order to be shipped by carrier, at your expense. When your original order arrives at your door, you will be able to write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the unopened envelope and repost it (free of charge). We'll refund you upon receipt.

👉 What are my shipping options?

All orders are processed within three (3) business days following their reception. A notification is sent by email when the order status changes to "Complete", which means the order is in on its way.

All possible shipping options will be displayed after you enter your shipping address, before final revision of the order. Custom fees (for orders outside Canada) are the customer's responsibility, but very unusual.

• Letter-mail via Canada Post, with NO tracking number - Unpredictable delays to be expected. If you pick this option, we won't be able to tell you where is your shipment. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
  • To Canada: $5.50, or FREE on orders of $80 and up
  • To United States: $5.50
  • Other destinations: between $5.50 and $8.00. Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout
• Shipping by carrier or accelerated parcel, WITH tracking - We use Canada Post, GLS, Purolator, Loomis, Fedex and Planète Courrier. Shipping is usually very quick (2-3 business days on average). We will use the best option for your location according to prices and delays; we cannot guarantee in advance which one it will be.
  • To Quebec: $14.00
  • To Canada: $16.00

• Pickup at our Sherbrooke offices (free of charge)

In very few occasions, shipping options make no sense (for example, a shipping fee of $75.00 for a $40.00 order). If this is the case, we will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days to inform you of the issue and check alternatives. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot come to a viable solution.
