We use beaked hazel wood (Corylus Cornuta), carefully selected by our team of harvesters in Quebec, Canada for our creations. This species of hazel wood has been traditionally used by First Nations for hundreds of years for its healing benefits. Today, it is scientifically recognized for its richness in polyphenols, molecules that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

For more than 25 years, thousands of satisfied customers of all ages wear Pure Hazelwood necklaces and bracelets to help relieve inflammation, commonly referred to as acidosis, in various forms: teething pain, joint pain (arthritis, osteoarthritis), digestive disorders (acid reflux, heartburn, GERD), mouth sores (ulcers), chronic skin diseases like psoriasis or eczema, etc.

Handmade in Canada, this necklace is mounted on a nylon-covered metal wire, with a sturdy lobster clasp. It is adorned with genuine sesame jasper and labradorite stones as well as metal pieces, all lead-free and cadmium-free.

As for lava stones, these black beads have a very porous composition, which allows them to absorb essential oil and diffuse it in contact with skin. You can put three or four drops of pure essential oil randomly on some of the lava stones (that is usually enough for the whole piece of jewelry!), then wait a few minutes before putting the necklace or bracelet on. Then, you repeat these steps when needed. You can always use the same oil, or vary according to your desires; we recommend keeping the jewelry on while showering if you want the oil to evaporate faster.

Each essential oil has its own qualities. Some are calming, others may help relieve headaches or digestive discomfort. Therefore, aromatherapy makes a great complement to the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of the hazel wood and the energetic charges of semi-precious stones.

Also called kiwi jasper, sesame jasper is a nourishing stone. It supports us in times of stress, brings tranquility and fullness. Used in healing, it unifies all aspects of your life. This jasper aligns the chakras and absorbs negative energy. Despite its soft color, this jasper provides incredibly uplifting energy, promoting a sense of euphoria while maintaining balance of yin and yang. As for labradorite, it is extremely protective by absorbing the negative but also by being a shield in its own right. It is recommended for people in solitude. It would also be regenerative at the physical and mental level as a result of periods of exhaustion.

From the volcanic flows, the lava stone (also called volcanic stone or balsate) contains the energy of the purifying fire. Its color varies from anthracite grey to deep black. It is very porous, allowing it to absorb and diffuse essential oils in contact with the skin. It is a stone of rooting and reconstruction that allows to create a strong bond with the Earth and its roots. It helps to separate from the past and to start again on a good basis. It also helps to become more joyful and spontaneous. On the physical level, it has a strong energy that allows to energize the organism. It can also reduce muscle and nerve tension due to stress.
