The hazelwood bracelet is mounted on a sturdy elastic with no clasp. We use beaked hazel wood (Corylus Cornuta), carefully selected by our team of harvesters in Quebec, Canada for our creations. This species of hazel wood has been traditionally used by First Nations for hundreds of years for its healing benefits. Today, it is scientifically recognized for its richness in polyphenols, molecules that have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

For more than 25 years, thousands of satisfied customers of all ages wear Pure Hazelwood necklaces and bracelets to help relieve inflammation, commonly referred to as acidosis, in various forms: teething pain, joint pain (arthritis, osteoarthritis), digestive disorders (acid reflux, heartburn, GERD), mouth sores (ulcers), chronic skin diseases like psoriasis or eczema, etc.

The bracelet set is adorned with genuine tiger eye and lava stones, as well as metal pieces, all lead-free and cadmium-free. Both stone bracelets are made on braided nylon cord; their size is adjustable from 7" to 9" approximately (18 cm to 23 cm).

Tiger eye is a variety of quartz with a yellow and brown chalking tone. Its name was chosen according to its characteristic colors that make think of the iris of the tiger and its dress. It is a protective stone, both in physical and psychological terms. It returns the negative energy to the one who emitted it and promotes perseverance. Linked to the Earth and stability, it would be beneficial for the knees and would heal the joint problems that hinder walking and mobility in general: rheumatism, osteoarthritis, inflammation... It would preserve the spine by promoting its correct alignment. Some people even think it would help to reduce bone fractures.

From the volcanic flows, the lava stone (also called volcanic stone or balsate) contains the energy of the purifying fire. Its color varies from anthracite grey to deep black. It is very porous, allowing it to absorb and diffuse essential oils in contact with the skin. It is a stone of rooting and reconstruction that allows to create a strong bond with the Earth and its roots. It helps to separate from the past and to start again on a good basis. It also helps to become more joyful and spontaneous. On the physical level, it has a strong energy that allows to energize the organism. It can also reduce muscle and nerve tension due to stress.

Important Message ⚠️ Canada Post Strike

Dear customers,

As you may know, Canada Post, our primary shipping service, is on strike for an indefinite period. We wanted to explain the consequences of this bad news on our processing of orders in full transparency.

Our regular shipping rate applies to untracked mail shipping. Carriers do not offer this type of service. A shipment by carrier costs us on average $14 - and outside of Quebec, it can go up to $25! It's a huge difference that a small business like ours can't afford to absorb.

👉 My order has been shipped and I still haven’t received it when will it arrive?

This is really unfortunate, but everything is on lockdown in the Canada Post warehouses until the strike is over. If you need your order quickly, it is possible to email us to create a copy of your order to be shipped by carrier, at your expense. When your original order arrives at your door, you will be able to write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the unopened envelope and repost it (free of charge). We'll refund you upon receipt.

1. $14 shipping by carrier
2. Pick up at our Sherbrooke offices (free of charge)

Unfortunately, we have suspended all shipments outside Canada until the strike is over. We're actively working on a solution.

Processing And Shipping Orders

All orders are processed within three (3) business days following their reception. Small orders are shipped by Canada Post, by regular mail (no tracking number). Estimated shipping times are the following:

• Canada : 3 - 7 business days
• United States & International : 6 - 10 business days (Custom delays beyond our control may happen from time to time)

IMPORTANT | Please note that letter-mail shipments ($5.50 shipping fee, free on orders of $80.00 and up, or orders outside Canada) do not have any tracking number, so we cannot let you know where your shipment is at. We now offer the possibility of shipping by carrier with a tracking number for a fixed price of $14.00 to Canada if you wish to keep track of your order. Please consider this before placing your order.

Prices, Shipping Charges and Tax

Prices are displayed before tax, in Canadian Dollars (CAD $). You may switch to your desired currency by selecting the right option on the top left corner of your screen.

• $5.50 to Canada by letter-mail with no tracking number.
• $14.00 to Canada by carrier or accelerated parcel : We use Canada Post, GLS, Purolator, Loomis, Fedex and Planète Courrier. You will get a tracking number and shipping is usually very quick (2-3 business days on average). We will use the best option for your location according to prices and delays; we cannot guarantee in advance which one it will be.
  
• All possible shipping options will be displayed after you enter your shipping address, before final revision of the order.
• Orders of $80.00 and up before tax : FREE SHIPPING to Canada by the most economical option available.
• In very few occasions, shipping options make no sense (for example, a shipping fee of $75.00 for a $40.00 order). If this is the case, we will get in touch with you within 1-2 business days to inform you of the issue and check alternatives. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we cannot come to a viable solution.
